At Alldaycart, we want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Because we operate as a marketplace, some return, refund, and cancellation rules may vary depending on the individual vendor. However, our general policy below applies to most orders.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return if the item meets the following conditions:

• The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• All tags, accessories, and manuals are included.

• The return request is approved by Alldaycart or the vendor.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Digital products or downloadable items

• Clearance or “final sale” products

2. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product,

• The wrong item, or

• A defective item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order ID

• Clear photos or videos

• Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or a refund depending on product availability.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Methods

Approved refunds may be:

• Returned to the original payment method, or

• Issued as store credit, depending on customer preference.

3.2 Refund Processing Time

• After the returned item is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to reflect.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Wrong size,

• Wrong color,

• Defective items (if stock is available).

If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Cancellation Policy 

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we allow cancellations under the following conditions:

5.1 Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase as long as the item has not been shipped.

• Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued.

5.2 Cancellation After Shipment

Once the product has been shipped:

• The order cannot be canceled, but

• You may still request a return following our return policy after the item is delivered.

5.3 Vendor-Dependent Cancellations

Some sellers may process orders immediately.
In such cases:

• Cancellation may not be possible,

• But you may still initiate a return after delivery.
