2. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

3. Refund Policy

After the returned item is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to reflect.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

Defective items (if stock is available).
If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, so we allow cancellations under the following conditions:
5.1 Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase as long as the item has not been shipped.

Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued.
5.2 Cancellation After Shipment
Once the product has been shipped:

The order cannot be canceled, but

You may still request a return following our return policy after the item is delivered.
5.3 Vendor-Dependent Cancellations
Some sellers may process orders immediately.
In such cases:
